Launching boats since 1989, Rob Cross grew up at Bridgend and learnt to repair boats when he was just 11 years old. When he was 16 he was the sailing captain and Plymouth College head of Cadets and working at the Sailing School teaching sailing. He honed his profession in Greece and Turkey working as an instructor and beach manager before returning back to UK shores to continue his boat business from Plymouth and the Yealm.
